Nino Kikava

Nino Kikava has never written to me, but my wife and I met her in person, alongside Saba Tsiskaradze, who calls her "FO Manager" and copies her at a Next Hospitality address.

The meeting. On June 30, 2026, having confirmed that the act of handover waives no claims, Saba offered a meeting with Nino "so that you can discuss this matter in detail". It took place the next day, at 13:00. My record of it has her state that she drafted the act herself; Saba's correction is that she requested the draft and Next's legal department prepared it. The rest stands uncorrected: she confirmed that the act does not waive, cancel or otherwise affect any claim I hold against Next, and declined to amend the sentence that says the parties "have no claims against each other" so that it would say what she had just said. Saba's corrections, sent with her in copy, added the condition in writing: chips "any time you sign the Act of handover". She had nothing to add.

That is why her conduct is examined with Saba's under Article 150 of the Criminal Code, as a group: the condition was set by two managers, she in person on July 1 and he in writing on July 3.
